Need to check a recent call or quickly dial someone again?

Finding your call history in the Talk Home App takes just a few taps. This guide shows you where to find it, what information is available, and what to do if your call log appears empty.

Where to Find Your Call History in Talk Home App?

Your call history is located inside the Call section under the Recents tab.

Step 1: Open the Call Section

From the home screen, tap Call in the bottom navigation menu.

You will see four main options:

  • Call
  • Top Up
  • Mobile Top Up
  • Bundles

Select Call to continue.

Step 2: Open the Recents Tab

Inside the Call section, tap Recents at the bottom of the screen.

The available tabs include:

  • Home
  • Recents
  • Contacts
  • Keypad

Select Recents to view your call history.

Step 3: View Your Call History

Your most recent calls appear at the top of the list.

If you have not yet made any calls through Talk Home App, the screen will display:

No Recent Calls

Quick Tip: Once you are inside the Call section, you can switch between Home, Recents, Contacts, and Keypad at any time without returning to the main screen.

What Information Does the Recents Tab Show?

Each call entry includes key details such as:

  • The phone number dialled
  • Date and time of the call
  • Call duration
  • Call type (incoming, outgoing, or missed)

This information is recorded automatically whenever you use Talk Home App for calling.

No setup is required.

How to Call a Number Again from Your History

Need to call someone back? Simply tap the number in your Recents list. Talk Home App automatically loads the full international number, so there is no need to enter or format the number again.

This is especially useful when calling international contacts with long country codes.

Why Does the Recents Tab Show “No Recent Calls”?

There are usually two reasons:

You Have Not Made Any Calls Yet

If you recently installed Talk Home App, your call history will be empty until you make your first call.

You Are Using a New Device

Call history is stored locally on each device.

If you log in on a new phone or reinstall the app, previous call logs may not appear even though your account, balance, and settings remain available.

Before Calling: Check your available credit on the home screen. If your balance is £0.00, you will need to top up before making calls.

Your Call History Is Always Two Taps Away

Checking your call history is simple:

Call → Recents

Every call you make through Talk Home App is automatically stored there, making it easy to review previous calls or reconnect with family and friends without dialling the number again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Need help finding or managing your call history? Here are answers to the questions users ask most often.

Can I delete calls from my Talk Home App history?

Call log management options may vary by app version. Check your app settings for available options or contact Talk Home App support for assistance.

Does my call history sync if I switch devices?

No. Call history is stored locally on each device. If you switch phones or reinstall the app, previous call logs may not be available.

Can I see how much each call cost from the Recents tab?

The Recents tab focuses on call activity. For billing information or transaction details, check your account or balance history section within the app.

What is the difference between Recents and Contacts on Talk Home App?

Recents shows calls you have made or received. Contacts contain saved phone numbers and contact information. A number can appear in Recents without being saved in Contacts, and saving a contact does not automatically add it to your call history.
